How can we increase forum earnings?

Well, I asked this because I realise that Dealin(the owner) is not putting any ads and if no ads how can he generate an income? How can we help him(generate $ from this forum) to help us(our forum earnings)? Any Ideas? If we want to keep this forum alive and we don't want Dealin use his own/other earnings to pay most of us.
