How can I safely sell GT?

I am selling my gamertag, and I am using a MM. I have gotten scammed off of a gamertag before, and I did not have any proof back then. So my question is, how can I safely sell my gamertag, and how can I make sure everything runs smoothly, with proof of everything that happens?
 
do the deal via pm and use staff or a trusted member on the site. the MM should handle everything
 
first off try getting a MM that has rep, for example Cheefin he isn't an official MM yet so he's free. All you need to do is vouch after trade. Now lets say for example you get scammed. always take screenies or gyazo's as you go along. Kry points / evidence. But if your dealing with a legit seller you should be fine. Use a very trusted middle man my first deal was smooth I was also nervous at first.

Yeah, I suggest using a trusted member but I prefer using a staff member.... and try to deal with people that are legit, as in no neg rep and has vouches and no scam reports ... hope that helps! CHEERS

As long as you have a trusted MM like staff or something you should be fine.
