How can i help my brother?

I have three brothers. One will marry soon and the other two will remain single. My brother who is second to the youngest named R is quite hard headed. He sometimes talk to my grandma unrespectively. I would like to help him because I'm gonna leave them all and will be fly out of the country soon. He said that he doesn't like the way they have inside the house. My big brother is quite selfish, he wants everything just for him. He eats alone and doesn't care about the people inside the house. I am afraid that R will get tired of being supportive for the family. I could understand him if he gets angry or upset without telling the reasons. He is as silent as the night when you try to talk to him. The other aunties tried to talk to him but they didn't hear any words from him. He used to talk to me but i'd like to be careful of my words so that there's no misunderstanding between us two. I wonder how can i help him. I don't want to leave him in that way. I want him to be happy and get closer again with my family. Since my big brother will get married soon, there'll be just 2 members left.

Can anybody here could help me? Any advice can be ok to me. Please give me some ideas. Thanks in advance...

Well it is natural that everyone has a different nature, though they are blood related. Anyway I think the best solution would be to talk at once to all your brothers. I mean you guys have a nice talk about everything. Because if thoughts come out, that is the only way one can change. If you keep everything in your heart, no one will even realize he's doing it wrong. SO yeah I think it's best you guys have a talk. Good luck.
