How can I deal with a difficult little sister?

Hi! So, if anyone actually takes the time to read all this, I would really appreciate your help. I'm kind of at my breaking point right now. I let my sister get to me over something so stupid and immature but the truth of the matter is that emotions and stress has been building up. My sister is really hard to deal with. I have always just dealt with her by letting her get away with everything, basically just rolling over backwards for her. It always seemed like the safest way to avoid conflict because I can be a bit feisty too but nothing like her. My parents are relatively aware of what happens. THey know she often is physical and that they disapprove of. However, it she can usually get out of most of her consequences. It is just if she hits or kicks that she can't usually get out of it. But, she is the most adorable thing ever. She is extremely small for her size and has super large round eyes. Everything about her screams innocence. And, whether intentional or not, she knows how to work it. My parents cant stay mad at her. They are already comforting my sister because she has a method of adjusting the focus from what she did do to some (likely bs) reason as to why she is down and why she acted out. End result, every things good again for her. But for me, I feel so torn. I love her because she really does have a very sweet side to her but I am sick of letting her push me around. She doesn't always push me around but is quite strong and a bit forceful and likes to come across as a parent telling to do things in a manner better suited coming from a parent rather than little sister. I don't want to ruin a relationship because I know she loves me a lot and I love her to death even if I can't stand her. I mean she's my little sister, the little girl I have always wanted to watch out for and be there for and help her. I just don't know what to do? I am completely mellow but obviously what I am writing is going to express the more difficult side of my sister rather than showing how she really is. You can't really capture the essence of a person through words. She is very multifaceted. Thank you so much for any help.

I think you too need some time to have a sisterly talk. It's better if you tried to talk about things before it becomes worst. You should try to let your little sister understand that what she's doing is not that right. Let her know that what she's doing is not proper. It will lend to misunderstanding. She even do that with others and that's really bad. It's a good thing that you two is open for communication. It helps a lot believe me.

I dont think you can do anything because if you try to do something, everything will turn against you. As i know who is the youngest is the more privileged kid so he will always be right.

Just go with the flow, I think that you'll sister will get older and older, then she will understand that everything so ... you know

Just act mature. Don't act immature with her.

I have sisters too, so I know how you feel. It will get better as both you and her get older though. Just be patient.
