How can I change for the better?

In light of Ireppgold's negative reputation on me (which I am fully aware are just members opinions) I have decided to turn to the whole community and ask, how can I change for the better?

I won't be offended by any hate/dis-respectful comments, so fire away.
Give your honest opinions on me, because apparently, I'm an arrogant member to everyone* on RuneGear, apart from the people I 'ass-kiss.'

* Key word is everyone.

This thread wasn't needed, i've seen you be a smart ass to new members but fully suck up to rg elite+

all the new members who get flames because there new, is wrong, it brings a bad name to any forum. The first thing a majority of people will say about hackforums is "troll"

because they hate new members, and don't give them a chance.

I've just noticed you being an ass to new members, and some not so new.
 
I see nothing you have to improve on, in my eyes you're perfect.
 

Actually it was needed. If you, or anyone, is going to say I'm a bad member, I want to know how to improve. What's the matter, don't want people to see that you're being immature and quite frankly, a dick to people?

So maybe I said once, that the account would definately be recovered. I didn't say it because he was new, but how many fresh members immediately come here to sell when there's other places around the web.

Please find where I 'suck-up' to RG Elite +

Aridity posted that thread, and he wasn't Elite or Sponsor, and I stuck up for him, because people like you are too quick to judge.

@OP, I don't know you, and I haven't seen you online (excuse my bad memory).
There is always room to improvement, but what I'm seeing a lot on Rune Gear is people snapping at each other.
ONE wrong sentence at they're at it like cats and dogs.
Disregard rude comments and thank those who appreciate your effort.

I don't understand why the hell people care so much about what people say about them on some internet forums.. Like i always say jonathan, "Haters gonna hate". He has clearly found something you have out-done him on and he is clearly hating.

Just add him to tha hater list! LOL.
 
This thread isn't about caring what members think of me, it's so I can improve on a whole, to make this forum better.
