How can I bypass this issue? (Paypal)

I just had someone send me $100 as a gift.
I tried buying an item that is $100, I also have $5 on my prepaid card on the account.

It tells me its going to call me, and then tells me a error saying they cannot call that number for whatever reason. How can I fix this issue so it will buy my item?

It did this earlier, and I called. He did something and it went through instantly. However, its doing it again now..
 
I suggest just having them call you again. Your account will continually be flagged because it is unverified.

Paypal will not call me for whatever reason.

I called them earlier and he bypassed it.
Now, its doing it again and they are closed.
 
Try sending using the paypal app on a mobile device. It works for me.
 
Just call Paypal explain the situation if they don't do nothing butt fuck the employees and hope for the best.
 
Download text plus on ur android or iphone or something and it will give u a phone number and u earn credits buy compleating offers but u dont actually complete them so yeah and they can call that number also if u need more help just message me on skype @ classy.gfx please and thank you and have a great day
