How are Staff doing, and how can we improve?

How do you you feel us staff are doing, are most of our actions justified? We doing are jobs correctly, or are we all morons out to get you.

This is your place to moan, thank, and blow.
 
Honestly I think you guys do a great job.
If there is any bullshit going on, it is quickly and fairly dealt with.
You're like a fucking spam ninja Carbon, before they even hit post thread on their computer you already have them banned.

-Most of the staff I see is: carbon & dykerosoft. Truthfully.
I do see Runescape and others but those two I see always doing there job.
Although I complain about some judgments I get over it.

I think he is confusing mods with staff. I do agree with him though. I barely see any mods active anymore. Only really see Runescape and Dreclin.

Some of them are ninjas. You'd be surprised how much they do.

Just because they don't post doesn't mean they don't do anything
