To me you're doing a great job.
Maybe try advertising some more?
I'd like to see a few new active faces.

Im an Assistant Administrator on Facebook so I have put an Advert up for this website on Facebook and at the mment only 1 MIllion of our users will see it but as time goes on it will get higher and higher.
