People might use that here so they could make more accounts on different ip address since you can only make one on your own ip, and then they could just pretend to be someone else just to earn more money with that, thats all im saying!

this only masks your IP address, when creating accounts on sites like this they look at your INTERNAL IP address, Hotshield can't entirely mask that, so basically Hotshield is mainly used to help you so people can't track where you live

I don't use HotShield VPN for changing my IP I use ProXPN and find it quite good.
