It's supposedly like that for the meantime. I was paying someone for a custom homepage, it's just that I've left the index page blank for the meantime so that's what appears when you type in the URL to the website.
It shouldn't be too long until I get a proper homepage and install it to the site's FTP.
It's not a glitch though, it's only there momentarily.
