Pain around the lower stomach/hips shouldn't be ignored because there are allot of vital organs there.

I seriously advise you to SEE A DOCTOR!
Anything could be wrong, mine was just random pains however yours could be more serious.

What did the doctor say to you? What were your circumstances?
It's the first time I've got this pain before.
I saw about wanking and not ejaculating a few times can supposedly damage/hurt the tubes a bit, I'm not going to wank for a few days, hope it clears up.
I also saw it could be a hernia? What the f*ck? I'm 14. I don't want no Hernia surgery :/

sounds like the area a hernia would be, and you don't have to get surgery I believe. depending on the severity of it.

If you Google your symptoms and get a diagnosis, it might not be particular to your case so you don't jump to conclusions. You're best bet is always to take an appointment with a clinician or a doctor to discuss it. That goes for everyone else as well; I see people posting links to Wikipedia and whatnot. Not the best thing to do. Any doctor would agree with me.
How long has the pain been present?

Around, 2-4 days?
I've moved my bowls about 6-7 times in the past 2-4 days, a lot more than normal. Sometimes once in 5 days
I don't want to visit a doctor just yet, I think I'll wait until Thursday coming, if I still have pains then, I'll go. You never know, I could of just strained too hard, not trying to go into detail, but earlier in the week I did strain quite a bit :worried:

I think it has something to do with your digestive system. My sister once had severe back pains because of a kidney infection. She was hospitalized. What that means is that your internal organs can cause discomfort on your physique if you're having issues. I don't suggest waiting to see a doctor.

I haven't been eating a lot of fibre lately, that could be the issue.
Then again, it's probably just a bit torn inside, due to straining, I'm going to eat a higher fibre diet for a week or so, to make it easier to go, and see if anything changes.Solidify said:Jonathan said:Solidify said:I think it has something to do with your digestive system. That could be it but I'm not sure. I'm not a nutritionist so I don't want to suggest anything without being sure. Just resume your traditional eating habits. If not, you can consult this food guide and make your own.
