So as a few of you know the ex member of ForumKorner Crush is hitting FK offline. I am going to set an example out of him. Don't hit FK. I have already contacted my lawyer and gave him a pretty decent amount of proof of exactly who Crush is in real life, as well as proof of him being linked to the online profiles he contacted me and other members of FK on. Regardless of whether he stops he will have court papers probably by Monday, Tuesday at the latest.

If I win he will be going to prison. 10 years is the maximum sentence for ddosing. 3 years is the minimum from what my lawyer says. Unless he takes a plead bargain or snitches on someone or someones.

You are actually incorrect. If you are hitting a us website, you can be extradited to the us for court appearance, and be charged in the us.

also I am almost 100% you are wrong unless the US system is retarded (which it may be) but you would be the one paying all fees(and then the loser would actually pay them). Because you dont pay fees if you are being sued since you can be wrongfully sued. LOL
