No, it's not.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but not all of the videos are posted by the same person or the same Vine account. So you would have to follow / subscribe (whatever it's called on Vine, if it even does that) multiple different Vine accounts to see the videos.
With the FB page, you only like 1 FB page that posts multiple hilarious videos.

TL;DR - No, it's not.


OT: I love that page. :P I think they upload all those videos to YouTube.com/TwitterVines too, so I subscribed to that channel.
 
@Frost: A friend showed me, so I only watched it on there. But I did download the app not too long ago.
