Well,

As I work in a local restaurant, with a drive thru ( not the mcdonalds, kfc, burger king or whatever. ).
There are alot of customers high, some do even got their blunts out.
As I live in The Netherlands, it's common..
But still it is way to fucking dangerous to drive with it, I think?

As I don't smoke myself, is it safe to drive while being high?
What is your opinion on it?

My opinion is they just need to either A. stay off the road or B. go in the slow lane to the right. It is so fucking annoying to have a high driver going 45 MPH on the freeway in the fastlane.. like bro just go in the slow lane and no one will care... BUT NO THEY HOG THE DAMN FAST LANE #rant
 
IMO, it's pretty dangerous to drive while high.. watch out lol.
 
Depends on the smoker to be honest, if his a noobie and can't control his high then i would say its as dangerous as being drunk (not literary but you know what i mean hopefully), but if the stoner does this since he got out of his mothers vagina, then i would say its fine, since some of my friends drive to school and they smoke a lot. They are used to it. It is dangerous both ways tho, its dangerous to drive while being on any type of drugs because your perspectives change on drugs.
