If you get a recovery lobby on MW3 you will also be taking the risk of getting your account banned.

Be carful before getting a modded lobby.

There is no way to get unbanned , unless you make a new account. Also with mw3 you have to take your jtag online , meaning if that the person who recoveres your account doesnt pay for platinum pricing & uses standard , your account will be banned from xbox live.
