How do i create a bitcoin wallet to buy things? I don't know how to i do not want to download the app i want to do it all on safari on my phone

http://coinbase.com is mostly a Desktop version. I don't have an app for it. It takes a bit to get fully verified but once you are it's instant Bitcoin & your daily limit is up to $1K in Bitcoin per day. I prefer Coinbase over Blockchain.
