Call ur provider and get them to track it or change ur IP and use a vpn/proxy?
 
if you call your internet provider you can say you keep lossing connection, and ask if there is any suspicious acitivity going through your modem and if they say yes. You can ask them to provide you the information from the person that is flooding you. Because since he is probably hitting you from his house you can get his first and last name and where he lives. I dont think if all of this is true but this is what i used to do when people hit my off and i got their doxs this way so they would stop hitting me off.

Most booters these days are untraceable, as they hit using spoofed servers

Yeah, just change your IP dude, easiest way to solve the problem.
 
Any IP is trackeable, the Feds have the best hackers/crackers in the world...
 
Step 1: Sign out of Skype and other applications to where a person may grab your I.P.
Step 2: Type in '192.168.1.1' or '192.168.0.1' in your address bar. A login screen should come up, which is to your router.
Step 3: Login under the Username: admin or Admin, Password: Password1, Password, password, password1, admin, admin1. If none of those passwords work look on the back of your router.
Step 4: Once logged in, head over to advanced options.
Step 5: Select something along the lines that has to do with a MAC Address
Step 6: Change a few numbers in the MAC ADDRESS then click apply or save
Step 7: Hop on a VPN and sign back into the application where he was grabbing your I.P. from.
 
I suggest your contact your ISP. That's the safest option that Mac IP Routing. Change your skype id. Signout of your old one.

After you do that you are good. You will just have to reset your router.

I did it and holy fuck it worked! And I changed my IP! Making a new aim/skype right now. Thanks everyone for your help
