For some reason my computer has been acting up. You know when you usually have an email saved on something like youtube or facebook or another website? You can usually just double click and it brings it up so you don't have to type it in? Well my computer is now doing this. The box won't stay up.

It did it too when I tried uploading the video to youtube, the "select a catagory" box wouldn't stay up. Heres another video.

Anyone know how to fix this? :\ I would greatly appreciate it.

It's been at it for about 3 days, won't stop. I even tried different browsers, same outcome.

I cleared my cache and everything. I want to hear more solutions before I uninstall though.

Try a different browsers first and then see if it works.
Also, download ATF-Cleaner by Atribune and clean out the cache, cookies, java cache, flash cache, etc.

He said he tried different browsers and cleared the cache.

Check this out.

I thought I would drop a line to share my experiences with this problem. I was also having the same problem. On certain programs the drop down menus would open briefly and then disappear. It was a very frustrating little glitch. Anyways, I searched through many forums and didn't really find any solutions. I have an optical mouse. I did solve it though, here is what I did. I am running XP by the way. I went to control panel, then system, clicked the "Hardware" tab, and then clicked on "Device Manager". I went down and clicked on "Mouse and other pointing Devices". What I found when this tab was expanded was that I had two "Logitech HID-compliant Cordless Mice" installed. I right clicked on the lower one and went to "Properties" then to the "Driver" tab and then to "Uninstall" at the bottom. After it was uninstalled everything worked fine. Hope this helps someone!

That sounds like it would be the problem, it seem as if its my mouse and not the actual browser or other applications. But I don't see two mice, only one is installed :S
