Help with thieving please?

I'm at 40 thieving.
I need the requirements for all sub-quests for the thieves guild.
I've been doing tea stall.
I've got 10 hp,and the ardounge guard is owning me.
So can I get better xp/hour without using much food and can i have a bot for this?

If you get into the theiving guild and finish some of the miniquests inside of it and you get the volunteers and the rubber blackjack then yea you can bot it

There is a free bot on Powerbot called Thieving guild junky it works perfectly and yea Go and get it

I got 99 in a week and a half its really easy
