Help with my Runescape account.

ok, my account has been locked since last night and i've been trying to unlock it all im missing is creation details. now i got one denied one presented to me like this:



Then i tryed more times then i got one that looked like this:



So what does the second one mean? its not telling me what im missing or anything does it mean i typed something wrong in additional information? if someone helps me and i do get it unlocked i will gladly reward them with 15M rsgp
 
yes its my account and i have entered in first passwords and stuff i cannot remember what state or when i made the account though because we have moved quite alot in the last 6 years.

well i know the year i created it jsut not month.
 
Try to think, this works for me. I think & think & think of past times on RuneScape, then I remember.
 
there were parts of the time where i either quit of bordem or quit of rage or something but ill be bumping reward price to 25m rsgp.
 
too small lol i have really bad eyes but surprisingly i don't need glasses.

wasn't really much help from him as he does banned account but yes he did recive the reward (25m) all i done was logged into my old skype account and then i found it
