Help with Java

I got bored since I'm at my grandparents for the weekend so I coded this. I know it's simple but I'm just starting and I'm teaching myself.

What I need help with is: asking the user if they want to play again and asking the user to try again if their response doesn't match an option.

Take a loot here, it's the online textbook that I'm using to teach myself. It's a ridiculously dry read, but it makes sense most of the time and it comes with exercises and examples for you.

No problem there are parts in it that don't make much sense but looking at the code example tends to fix that.
