Help with deleted IG (Request)

I'm requesting help on how to get back one of my instagrams that have been deleted, I have all the info etc for it. If anyone can help hmu in pm.
The reason I am requesting this is because I heard there was a method for this.

You have a method to get any deleted IG? Or just one you deleted yourself..

@Ghost, I'm pretty sure it has to be a deleted instagram that you know the current info to.. Meaning you had to own it.

Was it a stat or og. And im pretty sure if it got deleted for a reason you would need proof you got hacked. Cause that is what happened to @madisonbeer
