I want to make a btc wallet. Does anyone know a official link where I can set it up to receive payments?

Once i receive a payment can it be simply transferred to my bank account?

Some help and info on how it works would be great guys, thanks.

Download multibit and when you have BTC and want to exchange it for a bank transfer you can use coinbase.
