I very new to runescape hacking and i dont anything about it. I just hear about pshing, ratting, logs. :'( Would someone give me just a little information fbout this. Phsing, ratting. I'm Very interested.

Ratting, or the use of the very popular tool(RATs/Remote Administration Tool) is a client->server application that loads modules to preform malicious activities without the hosts prior knowledge, such as password stealing, remote desktop viewing and so on.
