ok here is the situation, i made a deal with another user on a site.
he traded me a $80 visa card for some of my stuff.
Little did i know, i can not use this card on my paypal due to the fact of it not having a place to add an address to it, just a zip code.
Is there anyone or anywhere that i can get a moneypak from with this card, it is 100% legit and 100% mine, i have a recording of the deal going down and all.
