HELP PLEASE---Change Region on Xbox *[READ]*

Ok guys basically I bought a Tag for xbox that must have been registered somewhere in Africa when he made the account, because when I go to add Microsoft points to the account to change the name I have to pay in "r" or Rand (an African currency)

Please help as I live in the U.S. and use dollars. I cant add any points via MP cards or my credit card. Please help somebody, I need to get 800 points on that account!

You can no longer migrate accounts. But I do have a method to remove region restrictions from any xbox code. HMU 10$ and its yours.
