Help my mom find this game?

Well recently I've been watching top 100 games with my mom (she want's to see all the oldies on there) and she's mentioned this game to me that she forgot the name of and it's been bothering her. The only thing she knows is that it's from quite a bit ago (prolly the 90's). She saw one scene (my uncle showed her), and all she remembers is that it's a camera angle kind of behind the character, and he walks up behind this woman, grabs her by the hair, and chops her head off. Props to anyone who helps me find this/

Watching the same show of G4, but by that info its to hard to find.

A video game? Sounds like something close to "Manhunt" or "Thrill Kill" man. If it is that graphic.

Well, i googled what you posted, and the only game i saw was Dead Space (which is 3rd person). Not sure if this is what you were wanting or not, but good luck if not. lol

Edit: Forgot it was from the 90s, i guess its not Dead Space, sorry.

Those were the first two I actually showed her when she originally asked me, it was neither, although she said thrillkill was close. That's when I came on here.

Sorry man as some people said it's not enough info to go by :/
