I have 96 RC, I could use some Exp.

Yes you have to be members to use effigys. And I think the number before the - is the quantity of effigys he has.

I can help you with all herb,smithing and construction effigies when my timer resets, which is in 17 hours :/

Why couldn't I Assist the thieving effergies?

I don't get them taht often so I don't know much about them but Since its a construction-Theiving Effergy I think I would be able to assist him on that

0 - 91 means I don't have any of those, yeah.

Yeah, as Mark said you can only assist Construction out of those 2.

You can only get 30k total XP, so that's 2 effigies opened. If you could do the 2x 91 Construction ones, that would be great, thanks. 1PM UK time it resets, right? I'll message you around then
