Help Me With My Server

[Doom]

I've done everything correctly. I've joined via localhost and everything, so my server is fine. When I try to portforward it, I copy exactly what the video says, but it still won't work.

Router: AT&T U-Verse NVG589

I've tried the uTorrent method, but that doesn't work either.
