Nope. Not at all. He is just using fake info so he doesn't get caught for all the shit he is doing. But that also means he can't show ID.

In Denmark you need to be 15 to have sex, and it's child porn until you're 18.

When I was 13, I got in troubles because a 14 year old girl sent a nude to me and got caught by her parents - AND I DIDN'T EVEN ASK FOR IT.
