HELP LIKE NOW

Basically: MSN showing my full name (meh, but annoying)
Keeps saying I've been logged in from somewhere else, I've changed my password but hotmail gives me this crap about "error with the service at the moment" and when I finally changed it + logged in with the new shit, still saying I've been logged in from somewhere else.

HELP?!?!
