If you're rat'd you can just disconnect from the internet, load a virus scanning program onto your computer and remove it.
I think it's a pesky malware. I got most of the other shit removed just gotta see now if it is still doing it's gay ass reindeer games.
So either it was this Blasteroids program or this "System Optimizer Pro" program. Ever since I removed both no issues.
