As in: Newstand, Podcasts, Voice memos, stocks, etc. Thanks.

There used to be a glitch awhile back with newstand but it has been patched EDIT: I didn't notice you said you were on a jailbreak. Just go on youtube and search "How to hide apple apps jailbreak" and you'll find something.

Mmmm not sure, I couldn't really find anything that would get rid of them or help hide them. They're still noticeable in the folders.
