Help finding Information for old Xbox account

Can Someone Help me find out the information to my old xbox account?
its been several years since its been active and i don't know the windows live id...
So can anyone help PM me...

Do what i did, check alternate emails on old emails, & maybe it'll come back into your memory . But the tenure's don't carry over, I have a 8 yr old xbox account that hasn't been gold for a while . My tenure's didn't carry over .

Tenure on Xbox, Is the total sum of the amount of time of Gold you've had on the account.

Oh yeah i forgot to add, theres a program where if you've logged into the account, you can check login histories for the web browser, I forget what it's called though,
