[Held] Tab Menu blend in with thead_bg

I suggest that the tab menu should blend in with the forum thead_bg. I know how to do that, I own 2 forums. So if the Adminsitrators do not know how to fix it please contact me.

If you think this idea is bad, I do not think it is a bad idea. It will look much better.

I cannot provide you with a screen shot but if you want to know what I really mean. Visit: www.monetizerforums.net and look at the tabs.

I own Monetizer Forums, I made the tab system correct. HF also has a good one.

I think this should be closed the tab looks great, and changing it would just put it out of place.
