I was working outside on my basketball court without a shirt on, and i was literally burned within 10 minutes.

It's insane.

I get burnt in 2 minutes when it's overcast.
What of it.

Lemme guess. There was a girl across the street you were trying to lure in with your 6-pack abs?

What tipped me? Key Phrase: without a shirt on.

No, It was hot and when I work out side I tend to take it off to prevent heat stroke.

You would have to spend some time outside to understand, my bad!

What i do is penetrate my collection of Pennzoil and spread it across my abdominals and back to prevent the heat follicles from defoliating my skin cells.

Cool Story Bro.

And what degrees was it?

No, I love it. Just us Canadians have seasons, so our skin isn't totally used to this weather!
