Having trouble.

I recently just acquired a very nice account and I'm having trouble recovering it. I'm entering the right stuff but then when it starts downloading, it says "Sorry, Xbox profiles can't be downloaded right now. Try again later

80151006".

Can someone please help a brother out? Thanks!
 
Change the password on the account and then try again.
 
Make sure you don't have the authenticator app turned on. If it still doesn't let you, change the password or the email or just wait, maybe it's an actual error message.
 
Check if the account has 2 step on, if so take it off, DL the account, then add it on again.
 
I changed the pass and it's still doing it. It doesn't have 2Step Verification either.. And Authenticater app? What? Lol
 
You might have to change the region. Can't think of anything else that hasn't been mentioned already.
 
Google the error code, many others will have the same problem and a fix to it.
 
If you read on ms web they are having service issues for the next 24 hours
 
You might be getting a cb. This has happened to me before

Or just wait a day or so. Make sure the region is where you live and check the website as they said for the service issues

Console bans don't do anything beforehand, they're just sudden.

Just look up the error code on Xbox.com.

mine did. It wouldnt let me download a profile with the same error message. then it only let me sign in to one of the profiles on my xbox and i still played online. I turned my box off and on and i couldnt connecct at all. reset it again and i was cbed.
 

Must've been a weird coincidence. I've had 2 consoles banned and they're out of the blue.

And I don't think I'm getting a CB lol
