Having a problem

OK so i bought a $200 Gamestop Giftcard from Gyft.com yesterday I try to purchase something aka the 3 games I want preorders it goes through but when I go to order history it isn't there??? And I don't get an email when I check the balance of the card on Gamestop.com it says it has $200 can someone tell me why this is happening??

Actually let me correct myself, if you dont have the correct email, it wont notify you (obvi) and you can check with calling gamestop because all transactions go through them.
