I am not raised as a vocal person. I was not raised as expressive as other people are. I haven't said I love you to either my mother or father. My father already died when I was 12 years old. I kinda regret it but now, I'm trying my best to try to express to my mother how thankful I am for her and how much she meant to me. How about you?

hi good day, yes i always say iloveyou to my mother and father.i want to make them feel that i love them and they important to me .

Yes,I had been say it to them I LOVE YOU,to express how they are important to me,we could say that way to let them also know were thankful for giving life/birth in this world.

Most of us don't feel comfortable saying these three words to special people in our lives upfront. Well it's not our fault, it is not easy really. The thing is you are right, just show it in whatever way you can but sometimes they need to hear it too. When I was living with my parents I don't also say it but now that I am living independently when I talk to them over the phone I always say I love you before I end the call. Saying I love you is music to the ears of the person we love so we must practice the habit of telling them how much they mean to us if possible do it everyday.

I've not yet tried to say I love you neither to my mother nor to my father, coz its better to do it in action' how much I love them. I am not a showy type person and always wanted to show them a good thing which could be proud of my parents.

Now that you mention, I have never said that to my parents before, but I know they feel that I love them! Action speaks louder than voice!

My siblings and I, we always tell and show our mom how much we love her. And I am doing the same thing with my kids cause I want them to be sweet even when they get older.

Oh, I missed that when it comes to saying that. But I really did. I loved them both. Although they are no more but I still love them and long for the, There is my mom who comes to my mind when the matter of comes in front of me. She is my first love and always be,

i have only said."i hate you" then they died and i live long and happy. So i am glad i said that i hate them. because they wont give me a 3D television

Till today i don't express my love to my parents by words, but by actions. I believe that

"Action speaks louder than words"

so always i prefer to express my real love to my parents by my action, not by my words

Yeah, it's really sad that most of us don't say that word to our parents.Saying I love you to our mother and father is the most simple way to say thanks to them for what they have done for us.I guess now a days most children felt it's a bit awkward to say that word to our parents and that includes me.Sad to say I haven't say it to mom before she passed away.

yes i did. because i want them to feel how much i love them and care for them. try to show them how much you love them and you will see how happy are they.

Honestly, I have never seen its value not when I worked abroad. I always say I LOVE YOU to my mom and dad everyday or whenever i have the chance to chat/text/call them. Let them feel and let them HEAR..

I used to say 'i love you' to my parents when i was younger. I even used to make cards back then but now, i became very shy when expressing my feelings. That is why i don't tell them often, but i compensate it by showing how grateful i am they are my parents. As what others say, 'actions speak louder than voice'.
