(Have HWID) Epicbot Password Decryption

If anyone could decrypt two passwords for me, I would really appreciate it.

Someone said you need the specific HWID for the user which I think I got.

It should be: 83023

Big props and/or RSGP for your help.

I didn't say they used HWID. I just said if they were smart, they would use it. Anyways, that isn't an HWID.

I can probably get that. Where do I find it on the computer and then, how would I go about decrypting it?
 
Device Manager -> Network Devices -> Network Card -> Details/Properties -> Mac Adress

Easier method:
CMD->ipconfig /all-> find Physical Address under their "Wireless LAN adapter " or "Ethernet Adapter" depending on how they connect to the internet.
