Must be a US account with US billing info
At least a brigadier General in Halo Reach
At least has 1 50 in Halo 3
At least is level 30 in Halo 4

Halo prestige as in played halo 2,3,4, reach, wars? Does this add value to an account? Mostly out of curiosity what would you pay for a 49 in lone wolves halo 3, not sure what the reach rank is but it should be fairly decent. Sr 50 in halo 4, its also got the limited/legendary edition of reach. So its got the special flaming helmet. 8 year tenure new years eve, around 30k gs and loads of other limited edition items.
