Not a lot of activity right now, guessing people are in school and stuff. But anyways, I decided to ask this question:

Who here celebrates Halloween?

I am much too old to go trick-or-treating, but that doesn't mean I don't "celebrate" it. I'm not big on putting up tons of decorations, but at the very least I will carve a pumpkin with my girlfriend and put them on the porch with a candle in them. And of course I will have my porch light on and be handing out candy during Halloween.

Around here, if the porch light is off on Halloween that is usually a sign they aren't handing out candy or just aren't home.

I would definitely celebrate it, but I'm leaving. I have always loved Halloween, especially getting with girls and going to haunted houses, then to a movie

i put up a few decorations in the yard and carve my traditional 150 lb+ pumpkin. i do also hand out candy and shank it is same around here no porch light on means not home or no candy

Yea same here, lights off means no candy. I am also too old to trick-or-treat but loved it when i was a kid

No one is ever to old to trick-or-treat. I have a friend that's 19 that still comes out with my friends. (We're 16).

But yeah, I'll be out on Halloween lol.

i am to lazy to go out and trick or treat for candy i just eat out of my own candy bowl

I'm getting super drunk then probably gunna go home since I don't Ben get drunk to the point of puking ><

First ima just hand out candy

Haha, good stuff.

And fes...you serious about 150+ lb pumpkin? >.>

lol.

I do that on accident. Sometimes I will put on a costume for just handing out candy to kids, and the little ones will be too scared to come up to the door for the candy. So I end up taking my mask off to show them I am just a normal person. =p

Lol. There's always this one house in my neighborhood that scares all the little kids. They do it really well.

I never got to experience trick or treat....I'm an Australian
Although, it appears we're finally starting to celebrate it more over here.

Did that last year.

Actually went around my neighborhood following kids..thought it was funny until someone was doing the same thing as us and scared the shit out of us all..not doing that this year..

I love halloween but it's not big over here

This is part of the reason why I love these forums. Many people are from different countries so I get to learn more about what goes on over there that is different from here.

Pretty much everyone here wants it (Australia) just it never seems to get big, theres always halloween themed parties, theres also alot of trick or treating just not massive.

How do you really "Celebrate" Halloween, unless that means going trick-or-treating, which I don't do anymore, simply because I have to cut down on the sugars, 11 cavaties in the past year.

Just read what others and I have said. Don't need to trick-or-treat to "celebrate" it. And damn! That is a lot of cavities. How the hell?

Nothing this year sadly ):
I'll be in another city for the 30th and 31th for the interview to get a Visa for USA.

I don't celebrate it, but its the same day as this girl im in love with's birthday.
