This summer, we enjoy the food and keep our line ... we can eat everything without giving up anything, enjoy the food without getting fat.
So here is delicious and exotic fish recipe, to use it!
For Fish
4 medallions Hake (frozen or fresh)
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 clove garlic
Salt and pepper
For the salad
3 cups spinach leaves
3 cups lettuce (to taste)
1 small can of corn
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon honey
Salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon vinegar
1 teaspoon minced fresh thyme
preparation
Fish
Place olive oil and saute garlic clove in a saucepan, place the medallions and turning until golden. Remove from heat and place on a plate with paper towels and reserve.
For the salad
In a bowl place salad greens and corn. Then in a separate bowl mix the remaining ingredients and marinate for about 5 minutes. Then strain the mixture and the thyme is to flavor the sauce. Pour this mixture over the greens and bond better.
Serve on plate 2 medallions per person per salad.
