I know you said you cant sign in but why cant you sign up?
 
Look, i made an account and i verified my email and shit but it dont let me view post or stuff like tht, and i cnt sighn into it for some reason and i ave to wait like 200 hours to make a new account on my IP address so im asking one of use help me out plzz
 
I am assuming your computer will have those problems with the new account somebody would make for you anyways.
 
no it wont, i just forgot the password and since i already made an account, i have to wait 200 hours to make a new one !! trust me it will work if u did it !
