Isn't it possible to attatch a message when sending through BlockChain? Just send multiple small increments of BTC to the address with the message "pls fri BTC pls". Guaranteed 10/10 legit method.
That's probably all drug dealers who now owe money cause they can't pay for the supply anymore.
