That kid is taking this situation a little too far, that's just immature.
If you get banned from a different IP you should be able to appeal it.
 
Download Malwarebytes, do a full system scan after that download ESET online Scanner.
 
Now Download a real Time protection such as Avira,NOD32, AVAST
 
You should get barrows gloves.

Also, I've never been hacked but my mate was hacked 500M
