They have a thing where if you refresh to much it blocks ips because it suspects a ddos
Go use a proxy get on and Contact omni and tell him your ip it will be unblocked
Omniscient said:I've decided to test Cloudflare services. The reason behind such action is an attempt to thwart some of the larger DDOS attacks we've been experiencing. I've known about and have been using Cloudflare for months at site like SF, Witza, and Central. It's been effective but at times buggy. However I feel the potential benefits outweigh the problems.
I contacted Cloudflare support over a week ago requesting information about handling HF and our 40 million monthly page views site. They assured me their service can handle it. Last night we experienced large attacks again and I felt I had nothing to lose by trying Cloudflare.
I'm aware of the pitfalls that using CF will bring. I've already begun to make firewall adjustments and changes to HF files in order to lessen these effects.
But the benefits of using CF are huge. They act as a reverse proxy and a WAF. They have geo tools for blocking countries built in. And they offering caching of content.
One of the negatives of course is less control. If they go down we go down. And there is that annoying captcha they throw up every now and again. But we go down sometimes regardless.
DNS changes were made in order to use Cloudflare service. For some that can't connect it's because of that reason. So if you can view www but not hacforums.net that's DNS problems and will eventually resolve itself.
At this time I've lowered some of the CF security settings until we can flush out some issues. Their Challenge Passage TTL I have set to 1 day. I'd disable it but they don't have that option. I did customize the page but that might not take hold for hours.
In short we're aware of some Cloudflare problems today. We can only wait it out and see if it improves. Cloudflare Pro is only costing me $5 a month since I already have 2 other sites as Pro. So cost wise it's a no-brainer. Some of the other reliable reverse proxy DDOS protections I have seen start at $300 and go to $5000 a month. A cost I've not yet decided we need just because we go down a few hours every now and then. But I will continue to make adjustments to keep us online.
So please just be patient. You don't need to make a new thread evertime CF pop you an error. I will be closely monitoring activity and how CF handles our site.

For one thing, you can always use isup.me and any other sites like that.
Solutions to Connections;
Clear Cookies/DNS Cache
Restart Router
Try new Browser
Check HOSTS file
Firewalled, use Proxy.
