I'm pretty sure they're not going to. It's been a few years now since they finished Season 1 and there's been zero mention by the animators/networks that there's going to be a Season 2. Maybe they'll get round to doing it, who knows.
Haven't kept up with it but last thing I read about this that brought fans hope was when he talked about continuing the manga after he's done with the other anime he's been working on. That was like back in 2012 maybe.
