I have like $33.60 in my BTC wallet and want like 45 amazon, that's only like a 30% exchange which i think is fairly reasonable after seeing people ask for 60% rates. Amount is slightly negotiable.

Just saying 60% usually means they ask or pay for 60℅ of the price, not 60% off

i understand that, i am asking for around a 33% exchange rate while others ask for 60%
