I gym twice a week just to keep active. Its important to do some exercise throughout the weeks like.


How often do you gym? what about you lads building muscle?
 
What areas would you normally work on @chill ? shoulders and triceps lad?

Monday: Chest and Tris
Tuesday: Legs
Wednesday: Break normally or Cardio.
Thursday: Back and Bis.
Friday: Shoulders and Core.
